Having always had an interest in real estate, Chloe joined Morton & Morton in 2005. With experience across administration, sales and property management, Chloe now heads up our North Shore portfolio as a dedicated and enthusiastic Property Manager.

Chloe excels at building trusting relationships with her landlords and tenants alike and ensures all her landlords valuable assets are protected. The basis of her success is founded on carefully checking references and selecting the best tenant(s) possible as well as informing her landlords of the importance of landlord insurance.

Along with the co-ordination of the repairs and maintenance of her portfolio properties, Chloe conducts ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections and ensures the timely payment of rent. Chloe can always be relied upon to get the job done with professionalism, efficiency, a smile on her face and a willing, helpful attitude.

Chloe enjoys spending time with family and friends, retail therapy and eating out at her local cafes and restaurants.

Chloe is planning on a long career in real estate and we're confident that her great determination and work ethic will take her far.
