With Morton & Morton winning the 2007 Large Agency of the Year award (and subsequently the same award in 2009) as well as recognising that the motivation and enthusiasm that defines Morton & Morton was in perfect alignment with his own energy, passion and focus, Gerard found the perfect fit.

With a Diploma in Property, Gerard started his real estate career as an Assistant Asset Manager working on the north shore portfolio before progressing onto a leasing role within the company. In 2010, Gerard was promoted to New Business and Leasing, a role in which he enjoys meeting new clients on a daily basis and experiencing a great sense of satisfaction in not only finding people homes to live in, but also delivering great results for his landlords.

Gerard's core beliefs fit in perfectly with the Morton & Morton brand values of honesty, integrity and personal attention in order to deliver the highest levels of customer service without compromise. He fully understands the hard work that goes into attaining an investment property and always ensures attention to detail in securing the highest calibre tenant. He also offers exceptional knowledge, skilled negotiation and an exceptional knowledge of the rental market for all his clients in order to achieve maximum rental return.

Of French origin, but having lived in Mosman for the past 20 years, Gerard enjoys socialising, playing football and going to the gym. He is a regular at local restaurants and cafes, and loves the north shore for its beaches and lifestyle.
