James’s career and passion for property spans 20 years in which time James has dedicated his working life to the real estate industry. He has built a large client base of premium property owners and positioned himself as the leading agent in the Pyrmont market - with the top sale for Pyrmont in 2011 and 2012 to date - and with ongoing exceptional sales results. He has also been honoured with the coveted REINSW 2012 award for Auction Marketing Excellence. James was 1 of 4 finalists chosen throughout NSW and winning this award was a huge achievement given the elite competition.
Since joining Morton & Morton in 2001 James has become an integral part of Morton & Morton and is now an Associate Director of the business and the Team Manager of our Pyrmont office located on Darling Island. His ability to put clients at ease with his expert knowledge, communication and common sense approach has enabled him to build on Morton & Morton's high standards of client service and create strong relationships with both his vendors and buyers, something he is both proud of and enjoys.
Now in his 11th year with Morton & Morton, James prides himself on hard work and leaving no stone unturned in regard to securing the best results for his clients. During this time he has kept up to date with industry practice with extensive ongoing training and become conversant with all facets of buyer management, expert communication and negotiation skills. In his role in selling, James draws on many years of industry experience and high client service values to provide our clients expert advice to realise their property aspirations.
