2009 - Open an on-site branch at East Quarter, Hurstville. Winner of REI NSW Residential Agency Large (2nd time)
2008 - Open a new branch in Pyrmont to complete the harbour foreshore link between Woolloomooloo and Pyrmont.
2007 - Open a new branch in Circular Quay NSW and Hamilton QLD. Signed a joint venture with Multiplex as leasing agent for new projects and project marketing is under the direction of Ewan Morton. Winner of REI NSW Residential Agency (1st time) and Corporate Website (3rd time), and Corporate Support (1st time)
2006 - Preferred leasing agent for Multiplex projects - The Monument in Surry Hills and Fusion in Ultimo. REI NSW winner, Property Manager (1st time) and Corporate Website (2nd time)
2005 - REI NSW winner Corporate Website (1st time) and Copywriting
2002 - Preferred leasing and sales agent for Multiplex projects - The Bauhaus in Pyrmont and King Street Wharf (stage 1), Cockle Bay.
2000 - Open a new branch in the Finger Wharf at Woolloomooloo and became preferred leasing agent for Multiplex during the Woolloomooloo project. Following the Sydney Olympic Games, a short stay executive leasing business was also established in the Finger Wharf.
1998 - Move from Waverton to Crows Nest and into larger premises with 68 properties on the rent roll. Ewan Morton and Mark Morton are the only employees.
