Dear Hermonie,

Late last year when we discussed my desire to move back to 37B Womerah Lane, Janine and I indicated to Michelle that we would likely be assuming responsibilities for managing 37A Womerah lane at a later time once I had settled back in.

We are now ready to do so and would like to conclude our existing agreement on 30th June, 2010.

I have spoken with Dean in 37 A and will be making arrangements to commence a new lease as he requested in due course.

We would like to thank you, Michelle and the rest of Morton's staff for all of your efforts and interest in doing such a great job managing the property for us over the past decade.

It really has been a pleasure leaving the property in your very capable hands, knowing that both our interests and our tenants are well cared for.

I have to say I am very sad to leave, not just the apartment but M&M as well. You guys have been so fantastic and forever the professionals. My new agent is already proving a little difficult to get answers from but I guess I have been spoiled by the best for the past 4 years. :) Thanks so much to both of you.
